Discussion on Samsung Tizen Smart TV IP integration
I updated the remote and selected smart TV, Samsung. I made a macro where the TV turns on and my receiver which is a Morant turns on as well. I updated the remote, I set up a room. I put the macro on it. I go to the room. The button says watch TV. I press it. Nothing happens. I’d mapped all the keys when it’s enacted. It’s supposed to turn the TV on in the Marantz on, nothing happens. Does anybody have this thing actually working to just turn on and use their TV?
Macro button is long press to action. Try it. In the room and also on the dashboard. You can click on favourite icon in config app 
to make it available under Macros list on the Haptique Home Screen.
OK, holding down the button works, I guess to start the macro. TV still does not turn on even though I put the IP address for it, but the Morant turns on, although it doesn’t show the custom input labels so I don’t know how to switch things.
Make sure the TV is auto detected. Manual IP may not work sometime. You can also define which input to set within the On sequence. If you want to adjust it afterwards, there is an input command which you can map to key mapping.

It’s the same for me. The buttons work, but turning it on via the macro function doesn’t work.
