As many of you are aware, we are currently facing a critical financial turning point. If we cannot secure the remaining RS90 inventory immediately, the factory will seize our advance payments and liquidate the stock. Despite our best efforts, we have not yet secured a distributor for the $74,000 required, and the factory has issued a final ultimatum. We are, quite simply, at a crossroads.
We are determined to save both your funds and the inventory. While our banks will not yet grant us a traditional business loan due to our company’s age, they are now ready to factor purchase invoices. (Factoring allows the bank to pay us on behalf of a buyer in advance, offering the buyer 2–3 months of credit for a small margin.)
The Haptique RS90 Pricing Structure
We currently retail the RS90 for approximately $400+ USD. Our standard distributor price is $300 (a 25% margin). However, we have recently updated the retail value to $700 (including a free IR+RF Hub). While this is a premium price, it remains highly competitive when compared to high-end systems like AVA or URC.
The Proposal: Become a Community Distributor
We are introducing a concept where you, the community, act as our distributor by purchasing at least one unit of the RS90 via our website.
How it works:
The Goal: We need 250 units ordered at $300 each ($75,000 total).
The Purchase: This capital allows us to immediately pay the factory and take possession of the full 1,000-unit inventory.
Sales & Support: We will take full responsibility for retailing your 250 units first. This includes a full 3-year warranty and technical support.
The Campaign: We will launch a new sales campaign to move these 250 units at a discounted retail price of $400–$450.
Your Margin: We will pass the profit margin directly to you, retaining only 5% to cover basic operations.
Deadline: If we do not reach the 250-unit goal by the end of this month, we will have no choice but to pause the project indefinitely until an outside investor is found.
Transparency & Logistics
We understand this involves risk. Our only collateral is our complete transparency. This is a business transaction where you act as a stockist. You can choose to have the product shipped to you to sell personally, or—as we recommend—let us handle the retail through our professional warehousing partner in Hong Kong, Sofeast.
Transaction Timeline:
Step 1: You pay $300 and receive an official receipt of advance payment.
Step 2: Once the inventory is secured, we issue you an Inventory Receipt.
Step 3: Once your unit is sold, we provide a cash-back of your initial $300 plus your margin to your original payment method.
Earnings: Each $300 purchase is expected to generate a minimum $100 profit margin based on our planned sales campaigns.
What This Achieves for the Project
By supporting this effort, you enable us to:
- Secure 750 additional units to be used as RS90x replacements.
- Generate the necessary cash flow to invest in RS90x and Extender production.
- Initiate pending refunds for RS90x backers who no longer wish to wait.
- Accelerate the rollout of Haptique OS (Mac/Linux/Windows) and Domex hardware to create sustainable revenue.
We know that regaining your trust is a challenge. We are in this position due to poor past judgments, but we have learned a great deal from these mistakes. This is a pragmatic solution that allows this community to bring the Haptique project back on track.
