I’m trying to set up my Haptique RS90 and am running into a problem with one of my devices.

The device I’m having problems with is my set top box. The set top box is listed on the back as follows: Arris DCX960/KK0Z/A816/0000
It is branded as an Ziggo set top box (see the attached image).

But all the current Arris and Ziggo IR files are not working for me. I get no response at all.
I have also tried the UPC #10320 IR file, and that works mostly fine, but is still problematic with the on/off button not working.

Does anyone have an idea which IR file could work with my Ziggo set top box?

Just for info for others having this same device, after much trial and error I have found one that works for me (including on/off): Cisco #178

Good to know this. We are working on a feature where user will be able to tell that which IR file works with which model and brand inter setup so that others can also identify this within the config app.
