I am also seeing that sequences with Home Assistant devices (lights) are not working. I set up a sequence to turn off two lights. IAM wondering if this is a similar issue to my previous question on custom URL devices where the “off” command needed to be named specifically “OFF”. I cannot change or see what the command name is for the HA light devices.

long pressing the light devices brings up a screen with a power button and dimmer slider which both work great. Just not working within a sequence.

What I found out so far:

  1. I can switch an entity, if I press long on the switch in a room and then use the power button or the button on the display
  2. I cannot switch the entity within a sequence. I created a simple sequence to test this. If I long press on the sequence/macro it shows the single steps on the screen but the entity is not switched:

  3. I can not switch the entity using quick buttons
  4. I can not switch the entity using hardware buttons that I assigned in the sequence.
  5. When I change a sequence or ad a device, the room gets automatically populated with the new device or sequence, The prvious setting is gone and needs to be restored manually.

We have found out that with the new update something broke, we are fixing the home assistant entity handling and planning an update for tomorrow. We will try our best to get this update this week.

just installed the update. HA integration is working like expected now. Thanks.

Latest update seems to have broken the HA automations - when I try to run one from a macro the remote hangs and the central RGB continuously rotates in different colours…..
Have to restart to recover.

Just tested, works as device if you map on the room but doesn’t under sequence as a command.

Recent API structure change to accommodate new integration has caused many existing function fail for HA which we are identifying and addressing as we learn.

Hmm, disappointing as things were starting to work really well. Please let me know if/when the fix is released.
