I was lucky enough to receive the RS90 while waiting on my 90X. But, I’m aving some trouble with a couple of my devices.

I tried to set it up yesterday, but it’s not pairing with my Onkyo TX-NR777 AV receiver or my xbox one.

For the Onkyo, it paired under one profile, but it was missing the correct inputs, needed for setting up my sequence. So, after deleting that device and starting over, now it won’t pair under any of the 10 available profiles on the audio category.

For the Xbox one x, I’ve tried every profile for Microsoft or Xbox under multiple categories, and none of them will do anything.

Any thoughts? Anyone having similar issues?

We have added some new Onkyo file and should be live in a week time. You may check later.

Thanks for the info and assistance! That’s the last key component to being able to start using the remote!

Still unable to get it to co trols the Onkyo. I also still only see 10 available options. Has this been updated?

Hello,
We have added few Onkyo IR files, also shared your remote photograph to the IR supplier. Expect this to be addressed in coming days.

Unfortunately, it is still not working. My entire home theater setup runs through the Onkyo, so I have been unable to use the remote. Is there a chance device learning could ever be a feature?

Please wait until the IR extender is available, it has an IR reader.

When will the extender be available? I’ve had this re.ote for nearly 3 months and still am unable to use it…

We can send you a prototype unit so you can get your onkyo code on it. Let us see how fast can we do that.

I very much appreciate the offer, but I don’t think that’s necessary. I’m having a larger issue now. I factory reset the remote last night, and now it doesn’t seem to want to pair with any IR devices. we checked to make sure ir signal was being sent via video recording, and there does appear to be activity, but I went through all 93 different codes for my TV last night, and it wouldn’t control the tv with any of them.
