Extender Problem!

After the last Aurora update, the extender is no longer visible.
I deleted the extender from the app and reinstalled the app. The extender now no longer connects to the app.



The absolutely curious thing about the whole situation is that the extender still works even though it doesn’t appear anywhere in the app and I can’t connect any devices to it.

The app only shows this :

Suddenly the extender stopped working at all.

And what does that mean ?

What is Aurora update? Do you mean OPUS 1 update?

You can register a ticket to resolve the issue. Looks like the account is different or IP address has changed.

This is now the second time that the hub does not work after the Aurora system update. I have completely set it up again but it still doesn’t work. It can’t be that after every update it didn’t work anymore and I have to solve a ticket with you to solve the problem. Isn’t there any way I can arrange this on my own?

Aurora store is not related to Haptique. It is a proxy of Play store.

Anyway , I can only say that it happened after the Aurora Store update or system update (android) For information :

I first reinstalled the firmware 1.2.1 The hub could then be connected and is also displayed in the app. Unfortunately, no devices can be added.

I then tried it a second time. Now the hub will be displayed twice in the app.

When I click on the first one, this is shown to me :

When I want to add devices, it saves them from the first to the second.

Strangely enough, it works again.

If I delete one, the other one doesn’t work at all anymore.

I have no idea at all why it works once and once it doesn’t and why now suddenly two have to be there. Just for information I only have one hub.

Issues is from the server as the registration is happening on the server. We will address this first thing tomorrow.

Today the remote control works again 1 hour now the hub is not functional again. He just suddenly stops sending.

Do I have to re-instay the firmware every day now?

I have now reinstalled the firmware again and now it works again.

There must be an error in the system somewhere.

UPDATE : 11:24 PM the extender has disconnected again. I used the remote control normally I have no idea what’s going on here :man_shrugging:t2:
