I have used the default ‘Watch TV’ sequence as well as created a custom sequence. Whenever I assign commands in the Key Map area, the left Up and Down buttons do not respond to any commands I assign them. I tried assigning various commands to either of the buttons as a test and nothing will trigger on the left hand up and down buttons.
There is an update coming for the Haptique today. It will fix this issue.
What time today is the update expected to be available?
Later today evening or tomorrow morning max because we are waiting for the test app to be available form the team.
