We have not released the update yet; we neither ask you nor anyone to order from other websites. You may be eager to test it with Haptique, but there is a process we have to follow. The firmware is out, and you can build your integration with systems other than Haptique.

Just wait for the update to arrive; if you are in the beta tester group via WhatsApp, they have access to the staging app to test the hub. But it is only for Android users.
