Did anyone have the same issue, my RS turns on after exact 30 seconds, nothing shaked that remote needs to come out of sleep mode.
It continuously wake up after 30 seconds.
Therfore the batteries only good for 1 day…
I’ve turned on automatic display on. When it’s off, it will not have this effect of waking up automatically. Any advice to have automatic display on and not wake up every 30 seconds?
Keep the Auto display off and also you can adjust the screen time from Android settings(System settings).
Right, but I would like to stay auto display on because otherwise I need to press the button twice because I need to wake up the remote with the first button press and then again for the function… this two or sometimes three button press is really no good situation honestly. A remote needs to transmit the button at first tap!
We tried to address it but since the Keypad inputs transfer to Android OS and it will have to be listening first so the Android OS doesn’t act unless the screen is awake. Best way is to adjust the Display on time to suite your uptime. We will also check what we can do in future updates to make it save more battery with higher screen time.
