Still Haven’t Received my Remote. Anyone else have a problem with spending $500 on a universal remote and not receiving it for almost 2 years now? My timeframe may be slightly off but I don’t think I’m the only one out there that’s frustrated with this process and would like an updated delivery time to our personal order. Anyone else having issues with this or am I the only one out there with no patience? Any thoughts, comments from admin or people in the company that can give me a more precise delivery date would be greatly appreciated and I’m sure for those who comment on this post would greatly appreciate it as well. We had faith in you guys. Please don’t let us down.
