Is there a way to hard reset using the physical buttons? I can’t do anything with the remote.
Looks like an issue related to the version of installed app on this Haptique. Can you try ADB terminal and uninstall this app once?
Adb command is
Adb uninstall com.cantata.remote :55055
If you are successful doing so, it will be reset and allow you to connect to Wifi which will upgrade the installed app.
Unfortunately now it won’t even boot up, so I can’t try the adb command at all. It just hangs on the haptique screen.
