Thank You for Jumpstarting This Community – We’re Listening and Committed to Improving

Thanks to the queries, comments, and difficulties raised by the initial early users of the Haptique RS90, we are immensely appreciative to see this area finally come to life.

We acknowledge that not everyone may have been satisfied with the current version. We understand that some of you have found it unreliable, confusing, or feature-poor. We really needed your input at this point, whether it was constructive or critical.

Since the RS90 with 3GB RAM is only now starting to be used by actual users, many of the UI, integration, and performance problems were not apparent during internal testing. These gaps are being revealed by your input, and we sincerely appreciate your active involvement in assisting us in identifying and filling them.

Since RS90 hadn’t reached users, this community platform, which was established six months ago, has mainly remained dormant. It is now at last serving its purpose thanks to your assistance and truthful reporting.

To solve every problem, our teams in France and India are working nonstop. We’re totally committed, and since Android is our foundational platform, we can release production updates fast, so advancements will happen often.

We anticipate that Haptique RS90 will develop into a strong and reliable solution for your setup in the next two to three weeks. We set out to accomplish that goal in 2022, and we won’t give up until we do.

Once again, I want to thank you for your patience, trust, and above all your courage to speak up. This is only the start.

This is good to hear! I realize the platform is new for users and this early on, there’s going to be some bugs to work out. Im happy with the product so far and am glad to see the responsiveness here.

I must admit that I was very disappointed when I first used the device on Tuesday.

However, the release yesterday made a big improvement and if the forthcoming updates continue to make the same progress I am going to persevere. The support response seems to be very quick as well, so I look forward to that continuing.

The IR power still seems a bit underwhelming, but I am hoping the upcoming IR repeater will resolve that so will order once available.

I think your team delivers very good work here, quick answers and quick solutions. You can tell it’s getting fuller here  Keep it up, I will continue to report problems and I think that the feedback from the users can only be of advantage. Personally, I am very satisfied with the remote control. Good work and greetings to the whole team :+1: :+1: :+1:

Contrary to my comments from last week, things seem to have now gone very quiet.

Please update your Haptique to the latest build v2.5. It is published today.

We have also added a switch to on/off auto backlit in setting now you can save battery.
