Unable to sync sequences to remote and unable to reset remote - invalid PIN

I am having an issue with not being able to sync my new sequence to the remote but it does sync new devices so there is some connectivity. I figured I would just reset the remote and reconnect it and let it get a fresh sync and when I do that I receive “invalid PIN” when using the reset PIN from the app. How would I reset the remote if the reset PIN does not work?

As tested on our side the PIN works, but we have a global PIN which can reset your device, check DM.

Thanks for the reset code, that worked. I am now getting an error that it can’t find the remote. I thought it may be because the remote was still listed in the app so I decided to just to the “factory reset” to get going and I am still unable to attach the remote to the app. I am connected to the same WIFI network and can verify that on the router as seeing the remote. When I scan the QR code I get a message on the bottom that says “couldn’t reach haptiqe remote. please reopen QR and …” and that is as far as I can get. This remote was working previously. I will say that I was one of the open beta users for the IR/RF extender. Do I need to reflash the remote with different firmware of something?

Never mind, I did a factory reset from Android recovery and was able to add the remote successfully.
