It would be benefitial to implement volumio as it will open another level for music lovers
We already have this on our roadmap. It was identified last year to have. But we have running late.
We will try to do this in October for sure.

At the moment Volumino can be controlled via the REST API and a custom URL device on the RS90. However, only control is possible via this path, using the status is not possible with custom URL commands.
To use the status with the RS90 Cantata has to implement the device as once was announced at kickstarter in the roadmap.
If you’re keen to experiment, but it’s not officially supported by the manufacturer Cantata, simply install a different launcher on the RS90 and the Volumio app. Then you’ll have status feedback and full control on the RS90, at least until Cantata has fully implemented it itself.
