We are inspecting the issue with factory, there will be investigation and solution.

I think it also has a lot to do with the sequence of the IR signal. My set top box can be operated from almost any angle. My TV and the soundbar only respond when I hold it directly. All three devices are together at a distance of about 2 meters.
In your case it is depending on the IR receiver on your devices.
Mine will control no devices whatsoever. Never had a problem with my 10 year old Logitech or my device’s stock remotes. Tried for some time to get help from Cantata, but they mostly blamed my devices instead. Just bought a Sofabaton X1S, and it’s up an running with all expected functions and buttons within minutes… I’m very hopeful that things improve drastically by the time my Rs90X arrives. The device catalog, and how you add devices needs some serious overhaul.
Is there an update on this? It is clearly the RS90 not working as expected. Please spare us all to blame it on ALL other devices. All other IR remotes including my 12 year old Logitech Harmony work perfectly fine.
Haptique RS90 IR extender is weak indeed.
