What are these two chinese apps preinstalled and are they necessary?

With the opus update I now notice that there are two chinese apps (google translate transltes them to detection tool. Both apps have the same name). They are uninstallable. What’s the purpose of these apps and can they be uninstalled safely?

Also, how do i acftually do a full factory reset on the remote itself? The settings->reset only seems to reset the haptique app. It doesn’t reset wifi, or any of the android system level stuff.

I can’t seem to figure out how to get into android recovery (power volume up/down don’t seem work although i am assuming the button on the side is power and the +/- buttons are volume.. Maybe that’s a bad assumption)

There is one testing app from the factory, they use to test the LCD, RGB ring function. You can delete it. I think both are same as I have never seen two of them.

I was only able to delete one of them. Once I did that the second one no longer showed uninstallable and instead just gives me the greyed out “disable”. so it seems having two of them was just someone over-installed an apk, but one of them is a system app.
