We’ll manually search our IR database using the photo and reply with the correct ID you can use in your Haptique setup.
This service is powered by our IR provider and isn’t available in the Haptique Config app yet — so we’re offering support here manually.

The manufacturer Cantata will manually respond with the matching IR codes once identified.
All confirmed devices and IR code IDs will be listed here for quick access.
How this works:

- The team at Cantata will look up the correct IR code and reply to your post.

- FireTV (posted by Canadajazz) - It is a Bluetooth remote so use Android TV integration instead.
We’ll move them to the list above as soon as we get confirmation from the Haptique team.
